• Consulting: Discuss best practices for your home network, backups, cloud storage, buying new hardware, etc.

• Remote Support: Can connect remotely to resolve issues via RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol)

RATES:

Site Visit: $100 to assess issue(s) and offer quote (approximately $100 per hour capped)

Remote Support: $100 per hour, $50 minimum
